Call For Project Presentation Proposals

The IJCB 2025 Organizing Committee invites project presentation proposals that highlight ongoing or recently concluded (innovative/large-scale/high-impact)  biometrics research projects. The projects may include nationally funded or international projects that include one or several project partners. Selected projects will be featured in a dedicated session during the conference, providing an opportunity for research groups to share their project’s vision, objectives, and recent achievements with the broader biometrics community.

We especially encourage proposals from renowned academic, industry, or government research groups that are leading or participating in projects with significant relevance to the field of biometrics. This session is ideal for projects that span multiple institutions, have received major funding, or have the potential to influence future directions in biometric technologies.

The project presentations will be held either in the form of a special session on September 8th or as poster presentations during one of the main conference days.

Goals of the Project Presentation Session

  • To provide a platform for presentation of major biometric research initiatives, results and achievements.
  • To foster knowledge sharing, collaboration, and discussion around large-scale efforts.
  • To showcase early outcomes, unique challenges, and anticipated impact of ongoing work.
