If you require a visa, the conference organizers can provide an official invitation letter for your temporary visitor visa application.
Please follow the steps below:
- Complete the registration at https://ijcb2025.ieee-biometrics.org/registration/ and pay the registration fee.
- Download the confirmation sheet on the registration page
- Send it to the Executive Committee (ijcb2025-wcs@googlegroups.com)
- When requesting the invitation letter, please include the following information in your email:
- Your full name (as in passport)
- Your affiliation
- Your email address (to appear in the invitation letter)
If you need additional information (e.g., paper title) to be included in the invitation letter, please clearly indicate it in your email. We will handle such requests on a case-by-case basis.
