All accepted papers (main conference, competitions, special session) MUST have at least one full (non-student) registration no later than August 3, 2025, August 10, 2025 11:59 PM PST (the early registration deadline). A student author can register at the student rate only if another co-author has registered at the full rate. A student registration does not cover a paper. Each full registration covers one paper.
If a single author wishes to register multiple papers, they must first complete a Full Registration. Then, for each additional paper beyond the first, a One Additional Registration must be made. For example, if one student registers three papers, they will need one Full Registration and two One Additional Registrations.
The deadline for payments is:
- 23:59 of 10th August 2025 for Early Registration (Pacific Standard Time, GMT-8)
- 23:59 of 7th September 2025 for Standard Registration (Japan Standard Time, GMT+9)
*The fees will be changed at 00:00 of 11st August 2025 (Pacific standard time, GMT-8).
For Early Registration, if your payment will not be accepted until 10th August 2025, your apply will be canceled. So please log in your My page and apply Standard Registrationn again.

*The definition of Accompanying Person is “a companion of a regular participant who has registered a paper”. Accompanying Persons are allowed to attend only the welcome reception and banquet. Participation in technical sessions is not permitted. If an accompanying person wishes to attend the technical sessions, they must register as a regular participant.

* After the deadline of registration, you can not cancel on your My Page, so please send inquiries by logging-in to your “My Page” and clicking on the “Inquiry” button.
* Please note that no refunds will be made after your registration payment has been completed.
