Rebuttal Instructions

Authors have the opportunity to submit a rebuttal by *** 20 June 2025, 11:59 PM PST ***. The rebuttal must be submitted via CMT as a 1 page PDF written using the IJCB paper templates.

For Latex users, we recomend replacing the first line of the main tex file with:

\usepackage[rebuttal]{cvpr}

This will compress the title section of the PDF and make more space for the actual rebuttal. An abstract is not needed and authors are encouraged to remove that part of the file. For convenience, a latex rebuttal template, together with a PDF example is available here:

Word users should modify the IJCB 2025 Word template, so it matches the example PDF.

The rebuttal is limited to a one page PDF file. Responses longer than one page will simply not be reviewed. This includes responses where the margins and formatting are deemed to have been significantly altered from those specified by the style guide.

The rebuttal must maintain anonymity. It cannot include links to external material such as code, videos, etc.

Authors should refrain from including new contributions or experimental results in the rebuttal, especially when not specifically requested to do so by the reviewers. Reviewers are instructed to disregard any such contributions.

The rebuttal should be uploaded via CMT through the Post Author Feedback option:
