We recommend that you carefully read the registration terms before accessing the registration server and that you have a credit card ready for the on-line payment of registration and/or hotel reservation. This electronic transaction is secure and your credit card information is encrypted during the payment process.

Conference Registration Rates

Note that camera-ready papers submitted without an early-bird non-student registration will not be included in the Conference Proceedings and the Conference Technical Program. According to IAPR policy, if an author has more than one accepted papers, only one regular non-student registration is required for their publication in the Proceedings.

Registration fee includes: Access to the scientific program, conference documentation, coffee breaks according to the program, the welcome reception and the conference banquet. Lunches are not included. Note, though, that for delegates staying at the conference hotel, meals are part of the all-inclusive special price. Click here to see the negotiated prices.

Student Registration: Students must provide a letter from their advisor confirming that they are currently enrolled at a university or college.

Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to: n.an@zita-congress.gr

Registration cancellations must be made before 15th July 2014.  There will be a processing charge of 100 Euros on the refunded amount.  After 15 July 15th 2014 no refund of registration fees will be possible.

Refunds will be processed after the ICFHR 2014 Conference.  Together with the cancellation request you should provide us with your bank account. Bank fees related to the refunds will be paid by the participant.
