Normally. ICPR2016 in Cancun is organized by the General Chair Prof. Eduardo Bayro and Co-Chairs Prof. Gerard Medioni and Dra. Gabrielle Sanniti di Baja and the organizations MACVNR, CINVESTAV and ONCE.
