We recommend that you carefully read the registration terms before filling in the registration form.

• An accepted paper pays a full registration of IAPR/IEEE Member or Non Member,
• if co-authors want to register in addition, they pay IAPR/IEEE Member or Non Member or Student fee rate.. 
• A Full Registration covers up to 3 papers, more than 3 papers pay another full registration
• Attendees or visitors without paper pay full registration at a rate of IAPR/IEEE Member or Non Member.

Registration Fees are in US Dollars

According to the Mexican legislation, 16% VAT for delegates from outside Mexico; Article 2.3. A fiscal stimulus is given to the following contributors: . hotel that provide hospitality services and companies related to foreign tourists entering the country to participate exclusively in congresses, conventions, exhibitions or trade fairs to be held in the national territory. II. people who grant the use temporary Convention and exhibition centers, as well as complementary services provided within the facilities of these places for conventions, congresses, exhibitions or fairs, to event organizers who are resident abroad. The fiscal stimulus consists of an amount equivalent to 100% of the tax to the added value that is to be paid for the provision of services or the granting of temporary use before mentioned.

The registration fee for delegates includes: Access to the workshop/tutorial/contest session on December 4, scientific program December 5 to 8, conference documentation, coffee breaks, according to the program, the welcome reception on December 5 and the conference dinner on December 7. Lunches are not included. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: The welcome reception on December 5 and the conference dinner on December 7. Please note that the accompanying person fee does not include access to the scientific program, neither coffee breaks.

*E. Over 60 years old fellows, to get your personal registration code to this category, please send an Email to contact_info@icpr2016.org ,subject: O60YF. with any of your IDs, you will receive back to your Email your personal code.

Payment

• Payment must be made in advance of the conference.
• All payments must be made in USD (US Dollar) • Payment should be made by credit card via PayPal system or by bank transfer • Upon choice of payment method “Bank transfer” on the registration form, you are receiving an invoice along with your confirmation notice, that includes bank transfer information such as bank account, IBAN, etc.
• Please note that we accept the following credit cards: VISA, Master Card and American Express. The Internet credit card service provider is PayPal system. • We will not accept any bank charge deductions • Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment by bank checks

Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation of Registration Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to contact_info@icpr2016.org, the conference secretariat. Cancellation of registration will be accepted until Sep 05, up to which date the total amount will be refunded minus USD$75 for cancellation fee. We regret that no refunds or reductions of fees will be accepted for cancellations made after Sep.05, nor for no-shows for any reasons.  Change of Name If you should be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Please contact the conference secretariat as soon as possible. An administration fee of USD$ 75 will then be charged.
