Please read carefully the following guidelines for the preparation of your
manuscript.
(1) Camera-Ready Submission: The camera-ready submission of your paper is
due on 31 May 2015. Final Manuscripts are to be submitted in IEEE Xplore-
compatible PDF format. Please follow the steps below:
1. Create your manuscript as specified in the template provided. The title,
author names, affiliations etc. should strictly follow the format. Please
don’t use author titles (Dr. Prof. etc.) in front of names and also avoid
using positions (Professor, Lecturer, Scholar etc.). The title shall be in
Normal fonts (not capitals).

2. Proof read and check layout of paper. Manuscript length: 5 pages maximum.
This is a strict page limit.
3. Go to IEEE PDF eXpress Website. (www.pdf-express.org). Click on the link
“New Users – Click Here” and fill in your information.
4. Create IEEE PDF eXpress account (conference ID: 34850XP).
5. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to convert your source file into IEEE Xplore-
compatible PDF. The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful
hints, and access to technical support.
6. Please note that PDF Xpress only creates the PDF files for you, and you
should still submit the converted file at ICDAR online submission system:
https://www.easychair.org/
After completion of the above steps, please submit your final camera ready
paper (PDF) using your ICDAR 2015 Easychair
account at: https://www.easychair.org/

Select proceedings author
–> Papers (main menu)
–> Update this paper (upper right corner)
–> Submit a New Version

Please use the following link to create the copyright pd file of your paper.

(3) Registration
Each paper requires one full registration (even if all authors of the paper
are students, i.e., a student registration does not cover any papers).
Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented on-site
will be withdrawn from the official proceedings archived on IEEE Xplore.
