Registration Fee:
The conference will be held in RAMADA Plaza Tunis Hotel. Registration for delegates includes:
- Access to all conference technical sessions and exhibition area
- Conference kit including a copy of proceedings on electronic media (delivered on site)
- 5 Coffee-breaks
- 3 Lunches
- Gala Dinner
- Internet Wi-Fi
Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.
Presenting Papers:
Each paper requires one full registration (even if all authors of the paper are students, i.e., a student registration does not cover any papers). Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented on-site will be withdrawn from the official proceedings archived on IEEE Xplore.
As per IAPR policy, registration fees will not be increased for authors of multiple papers presented at the conference. Each paper must have at least one author associated with it who has paid the regular registration fee. Additional student authors of a paper who are attending the conference may pay the reduced registration fee.
