All camera ready submissions and IEEE copyright form will be handled electronically via the CPS Website.


Paper Format and Length

Papers should be formatted with the style files/details available at the CPS website.

Paper size is US letter. A complete paper should be submitted in the proper format. Papers accepted for the conference will be allocated 6 pages in the proceedings, with the option of purchasing up to 2 extra pages for JPY 10,000 per page. This will have to be paid at the time of registration. This FAQ helps LaTeX users.


No-show

All no-show papers will not be available on IEEE Xplore. No-show papers that were not withdrawn and were published in the Technical Program must be identified as “No-Show” in the conference web-site.


Registration

At least one author of an accepted paper MUST register the paper at full-rate (i.e., a student registration does not cover any papers) no later than August 15, 2017 August 25, 2017. Papers without registration will be withdrawn.
