Sponsoring ICDAR2017

We would like to invite you to contribute to the success of ICDAR2017 and to use the conference as a dedicated platform to present your enterprise and its expertise to a distinguished audience.

The following sponsoring packages are available:

2. Gold (5,000 US$)

  • 1 free full registration
  • Logo and link to your company on the conference website
  • Logo on the printed conference materials
  • An elevated table and a partition wall to present a poster
  • Information material in the foyer of the conference venue

3. Platinum (10,000 US$)

  • 3 free full registrations
  • Logo and link to your company on the conference website
  • Logo on the printed conference materials
  • An elevated table and a partition wall to present a poster
  • Information material in the foyer of the conference venue
  • A 10-minutes talk to present your company during the “Industrial Session”
  • Additional space to demonstrate your solution(s)
  • Distribution of a company flyer together with the conference materials

We are also prepared to offer a sponsoring package for the doctoral consortium, which will be placed on a “first-come-first-serve” basis.

4. Doctoral Consortium Sponsorship (4,000 US$)

Publication and link of your company’s logo on the website of the doctoral consortium. Furthermore, we offer to place your banner during the event and your company’s logo will appear in the doctoral consortium abstract booklet.

You may also consider targeted sponsorship of other events such as receptions or the banquet.

If you wish to engage as an ICDAR2017 sponsor, we would be pleased to receive your timely and affirmative confirmation using the enclosed form. Please indicate your desired sponsoring package. You will then receive an invoice that should be settled by May 1st, 2017.
