VIDEO AND DOCUMENT SUBMISSION
ICDAR 2021 is the first edition of the conference series that will be held in hybrid mode, with both on-site and on-line participants. To make sure that your work reaches the whole audience, we are requesting supplementary materials to be published and disseminated via our online platform, which will be accessible by all registered participants.
Main Conference Authors (Including Journal-Track)
– 15-minute video of oral presentation
Needed as fallback in the case of technical problems. In MP4 format, e.g. recorded audioslides.

A set of slides or a poster in PDF, PPT, JPG, or PNG format. Please do NOT upload the paper itself.

Poster/Onsite: A0, portrait – to be brought by the participant.
Poster/Online: Landscape, typical screen resolution – to be uploaded by the participant as “Presentation document” (see above).

Fill the required information in the form. Please do NOT forget to upload your files as mentioned in the form.
1. Access the upload link in the form as shown below.
2. The FILENAME should be [paper ID].[fileformat], e.g. 3323.mp4, as explained above.
3. Please click on the link secured drive link to upload the presentation. It will open in separate window.
4. Select your files
5. Fill First and Last name of the presenting author and upload. Please see the example below.
Important Dates
August 5, 2021: Main conference author deadline for submitting 1-minute teaser video and presentation document (mandatory for poster/onsite and poster/online presentations).
August 15, 2021: Main conference author deadline for submitting 15-minute video of oral presentation (mandatory for oral/online presentations).
