Registration Instructions
- Each accepted paper must be registered by one of the co-authors at the Author Rate no later than May 5, 2016.
- Each author registration covers only 1 paper.
- Extra page charges are as follows (beyond 6 pages): 100€ per extra page, with a maximum of two extra pages.
General Registration Details
Early registration ends May 5, 2016 11:59pm Pacific time.
Late registration begins May 6, 2016 12:00am Pacific time.
Registration includes access to all technical sessions, daily lunches and refreshment breaks, the reception, banquet, and USB copy of the proceedings.
Each tutorial attendance pass is valid for one tutorial only.

One Day Registration
It is possible to register for one day only. Registration includes access to all technical sessions on the day of your choice, daily lunches and refreshment breaks, and USB copy of the proceedings.

Please check registration fee in the table above and make sure that the bank transfer is made in Swedish Crowns (SEK). We will not accept charges of bank fees associated with the transfer.
Your registration will be finally confirmed by email upon receipt of bank statement of the payment. Please send it by e-mail to icb2016.biometrics@gmail.com, along with an indication of your type of registration, and if you are including any tutorial or extra pages in your registration. Do not forget to:
- indicate your paper number if you are registering on behalf of an accepted paper
- in the case of student registration, include a letter from your institution confirming your student status
Registration Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be made via email to icb2016.biometrics@gmail.com. Refunds for cancellations by May 13, 2016 will be 50%. NO REFUNDS will be made after May 13, 2015. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
