The University of Halmstad is situated at 1.9 km from the city center, and the train station is in between. Suggested hotels are either in the city center or near the train station. Therefore, the main places of interest for ICB attendees can be reached even by walk. The University is also communicated to the city center directly by bus (4 stops), and there is also taxi services around the clock which can also be booked online. Please visit the Venue section for more information on local transport.
Hotels with rates listed below are hotels with which ICB has negociated special ICB-only rates. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of rooms at these special ICB rates are limited, so we encourage booking early. Hotel rooms must be booked before May 13, 2016. After this date, room rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.
All prices are per night and inclusive of taxes and breakfast. Wifi is also included. Please mention the code "ICB2016" or your participation at the conference when you make a reservation.
