Instructions for Oral/Poster/Demo Presentations

Oral Presentation


Oral presentations should be planned for a total of 25 minutes (20 min presentation + 5 min discussion). Please refer to the Scientific Program for a detailed schedule.

For the oral presentation, speakers will have access to a computer running Windows. PowerPoint and PDF based presentations (Acroread) will be accepted. Speakers must ensure before the session begins that their presentation will run smoothly.

You are kindly requested to appear in the conference room at least ten minutes before the session is scheduled to start and to introduce yourself to the session chair. A member of the organization team will be present in the room to help you in any way possible.


Poster Presentation


Posters should be in A0 format (~90cm x 120cm). Stands will be available from April 7th in the morning to expose the posters.

Before the classical poster session that will be held on April, 7th in the afternoon, two Fast Track sessions are scheduled. The aim of these sessions is to have, in a plenary session, a very short presentation of each work accepted as a poster (please refer to the Scientific Program for a detailed schedule).

For each poster paper, the authors should prepare 2 or 3 slides presenting briefly the content of their work. The following conditions are necessary for these sessions to run smoothly:



Demo Presentation


A special room will be reserved for the demonstration presentations. The demonstration authors can request from the organizers the following material:

The organisers will contact each demonstration author to define the material need.
