The key objective of biometric competitions is to introduce benchmarking of state-of-art algorithms relating to biometrics identification using transparent evaluation protocols. The 8^th IAPR International Conference on Biometrics (ICB 2015) is supporting the organization of the following six biometrics algorithm competitions.

• One-handed Keystroke Biometric Identification Competition Organizers: Pace University (Vinnie Monaco)

• Person Verification from Retina Organizers: Institute for Infocomm Research, Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR) (Ee Ping Ong)

• Counter Measures to Finger Vein Spoofing Attacks Organizers: Idiap Research Institute (Sebastien Marcel, Pedro Tome)

• Cross-sensor Iris Recognition Organizers: (Zhang Man)
