Camera-Ready Submission
The final paper is due on June 1. Extensions are not possible due to proceeding production deadlines.
FINAL PAPER: Please submit the files belonging to your camera-ready paper using your EasyChair author account. Follow the instructions after the login for uploading two files:
(a) either a zipped file containing all your LaTeX sources or a Word file in the RTF format (we do prefer LaTeX), and
(b) a PDF preview version of your camera-ready paper (included in the zipped file).
Note that we will create the final version from your LaTeX sources. The page limit for regular papers is 15 pages and is strict. We will not accept papers longer than this limit.
Please follow the author instructions of Springer’s LNCS when preparing the final version: Springer Conference Proceedings Guidelines.
COPYRIGHT: Please include the signed copyright form in your zipped file.
The Springer copyright forms (adapted for DAS 2020) can be found at CopyrightDAS2020.pdf.
Note that the form must be printed out, signed in ink, and scanned in. Springer does not accept digital signatures. It is sufficient for one of the authors to sign the copyright form. You can scan the form into PDF or any other standard image format.
Print proofs will be sent to the corresponding author’s email address. At that time your quick interaction with Springer will be greatly appreciated. If the email address that the print proofs should be sent to is different from the corresponding author’s, please contact me asap.
HOW TO SUBMIT: Once login using your EasyChair author account, click ‘View’, then ‘Update files’ on the right side. Please name the copyright file and zip file as YourPaperID_Copyright.pdf and YourPaperID_paper.zip, respectively.
