About The Event

The 2020 International Joint Conference on Biometrics (IJCB 2020) combines two major biometrics research conferences, the Biometrics Theory, Applications and Systems (BTAS) conference and the International Conference on Biometrics (ICB). The blending of these two conferences in 2020 is through a special agreement between the IEEE Biometrics Council and the IAPR TC-4, and should present an exciting event for the entire worldwide biometrics research community.

Message from IJCB2020

IJCB2020 Going Online! During the current pandemic, our first concern is the health and safety of all. After consulting with the IEEE Biometrics Council's Executive and Conference Committees, we have decided to hold IJCB 2020 as an online meeting. The online meeting will take place from September 28 to October 1, 2020, the original dates for the conference. All authors of accepted papers will have the opportunity to present their work at the online meeting. All accepted papers that the authors present will appear in the IEEE Xplore. Since it is an international conference, we will design the presentation format for an audience located in time zones around the world.
IJCB 2020 has adopted a two-round submission process, and we have completed the first round. We encourage authors to submit papers in the second round by the June 8 deadline. We can't wait to share this year's online conference with the community, and we look forward to e-meeting you at IJCB 2020.

Thank you and stay safe,
General Co-Chairs (Ioannis A. Kakadiaris, Mayank Vatsa, Jonathon Phillips)
Program Chairs (Richa Singh, Nalini Ratha, Vitomir Štruc)
