Registration policy
Registration is strictly individual and personal. Sharing your personal ID is prohibited and is a reason for exclusion from the conference.
In the case your research team has multiple papers accepted, we suggest that you register each work separately, each for a different author. This will allow each author to receive a personal ID for the on-line platform. Anyway, the registration process also allows you to make multiple recordings at once. In this case all the papers will be associated to the same person and you will receive a single ID.
All payments should be made by credit card. Alternatively, public institutions or private companies can arrange in advance to pay by Bank Transfer. If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact icpr2020registration@theoffice.it . Registration fees are non-refundable.
Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time up to two weeks before the Conference and are subject to a € 25 + VAT administration fee. Please contact icpr2020registration@theoffice.it to request a registration substitution.
