Registration fee:

(Optional) Additional banquet ticket： US$ 100.00

Registration instructions:

• Each accepted paper must have at least one author/co-author registered at Non-student (member or non-member) class by August 15. Papers without an early Non-Student registration will not be included in the proceedings and the technical program.
• The registration fee includes access to the main conference and tutorials, proceedings, welcome reception, three lunches (October 24-26), coffee breaks, the social event and banquet.
• Refunding policy: Author registration cannot be canceled. Cancellation of non-author registration by September 15 will be refunded 80% of registration fee. Cancellation after September 15 is not allowed. Refunding will be processed after the conference.

Registration with bank transfer:

• If you choose to pay registration fee by bank transfer, please download the registration form (for international participants, for Chinese participants), fill in the form offline and sign. After transferring registration fee, please send the scanned copy of registraction form and banking sheet to icfhr2016@nlpr.ia.ac.cn.
