Registration
All accepted papers (main conference and competition) MUST have at least one registered author with a non-student registration no later than Monday, April 1, 2019, 11:59 PM Pacific Time (the early registration deadline). A student author can register at the student rate only if another co-author has registered at the full rate. Each full conference registration can cover up to three papers. A student registration or a complimentary registration cannot cover a paper.

Refund policy: All refund requests must be made via email to Nicole Finn (nicole@ctocevents.com). All cancellations will be subject to a $65 cancellation fee before May 1, 2019, 11:59pm EST. NO REFUNDS will be made after May 1, 2019. You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty.
