FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR STUDENTS
Student authors of accepted papers at DAS 2022 (15th IAPR International Workshop on Document Analysis System) can apply for financial assistance to present their paper at the workshop. The financial assistance includes a free onsite/online registration for the purpose of oral or poster presentations. The motivation behind offering this financial assistance is to help and encourage the students to attend the workshop in La Rochelle and to present their research.
Deadline
The applications should reach to us before the early-bird registration deadline (check important dates here) and we will process the applications on first come first served basis.
How to prepare the application ?
Please prepare the following documents before uploading your application :
- Motivation letter highlighting the need for financial assistance. In case of request of financial assistance for an online registration, please clearly state the reason in your motivation letter.
- Supporting letter from supervisor (or research group or department/university)
- A copy of your student ID card OR an official certificate of your student status
