For presenting authors of accepted papers it is mandatory to register and to transfer the workshop fee before the early registration deadline of July 6, 2018.

Conference fee

Early registration (by July 6, 2018):

IAPR Members: 460 Euro (VAT included)

Regular non-members: 490 Euro (VAT included)

Student regular package: 430 Euro (VAT included)

Student basic package: 250 Euro (VAT included)

Late registration (after July 6, 2018):

IAPR Members: 550 Euro (VAT included)

Regular non-members: 580 Euro (VAT included)

Student regular package: 520 Euro (VAT included)

The regular workshop fee includes:

• attendance to all scientific sessions

• one copy of the workshop proceedings

• coffee breaks

• workshop package

• lunches (September 19-21)

• Social event (guided tour of Siena and Social Dinner on September, 20)
