If you require a visa, the conference organizers can provide an official invitation letter for your temporary visitor visa application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Please follow the steps below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Complete the registration at https:\/\/ijcb2025.ieee-biometrics.org\/registration\/<\/u><\/a> and pay the registration fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Download the confirmation sheet on the registration page<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Send it to the Executive Committee (ijcb2025-wcs@googlegroups.com<\/a>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. When requesting the invitation letter, please include the following information in your email:\n
      \n
    • Your full name<\/strong> (as in passport)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Your affiliation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Your email address<\/strong> (to appear in the invitation letter)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      If you need additional information (e.g., paper title) to be included in the invitation letter, please clearly indicate it in your email. We will handle such requests on a case-by-case basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
