Deadlines
The signed contract and full payment must be received by August 10 2018, to ensure the ability of the Conference Organizers to complete the benefits/terms of the contract. The Executive Committee receives the right to amend the exhibit times and booth locations if necessary and will give you notice as soon as any times change.
